Accessibility Policy

Cyrusly is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive ticketing platform for all users.

Last updated: June 29, 2026Version: 1.0

1. Our Commitment

Cyrusly strives to ensure that our platform is accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. We are committed to meeting the accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and we aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

This policy applies to the Cyrusly ticketing platform operated by Karmalinker Inc and governs how we support accessible event ticketing for buyers, event organizers, and attendees.

2. Accessibility Standards

We follow these standards to guide our accessibility efforts:

  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 — Ontario regulation 191/11 (Integrated Accessibility Standards) and Ontario Regulation 429/07 (Accessible Customer Service).
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 — targeting Level AA conformance for our public-facing web content and functionality.

As our platform evolves, we will continue to assess and improve accessibility in compliance with applicable requirements.

3. Accessible Seating

Event organizers may designate seats as accessible. When available, accessible seats are visually identified on the seat map with a wheelchair symbol and a distinct colour. The platform supports:

  • Identification of accessible seats by event organizers during event setup.
  • Visual indicators (wheelchair icon, blue highlighting) on the interactive seat map.
  • Inclusion of accessible seat information in the seat map legend.
  • Tooltip details showing accessible seat status when hovering or selecting a seat.

Accessible seating availability, location, and companion seating policies are determined by the event organizer and venue. If you require specific accommodations, please contact the event organizer or venue directly.

4. Platform Accessibility

We are working to improve the accessibility of the Cyrusly platform, including:

  • Keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility for key workflows.
  • Semantic HTML structure and ARIA labels where practical.
  • Sufficient colour contrast in our default theme.
  • Descriptive link text and form labels.

Some areas of the platform — including interactive seat maps, third-party embedded content, and organizer-managed event pages — may present additional accessibility challenges. We encourage users to contact us if they encounter barriers.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for:

  • Accurately identifying and describing accessible seating options for their events.
  • Providing accurate venue accessibility information (including entrances, pathways, washrooms, and services).
  • Complying with applicable accessibility laws and venue requirements.
  • Responding to attendee accommodation requests related to their events.

Cyrusly provides tools for organizers to mark seats as accessible, but we do not determine or verify venue accessibility. Please direct venue-specific accommodation inquiries to the event organizer or venue operator.

6. Feedback & Support

We welcome feedback on how we can improve accessibility. If you encounter barriers using our platform or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We will acknowledge receipt of feedback and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

To provide accessibility-related feedback or request assistance with an accommodation, email us at support@cyrusly.com or use our contact page. Please include "Accessibility" in the subject line to help us route your request promptly.
